Bronco Polo warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship for the time period of 10 years from the original purchase date. if such a defect occurs, we will, at our option, replace or repair upon presentation of the original sales receipt from an authorized Bronco Polo dealer, which serves as proof of purchase to validate your warranty. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions for the purpose which the product is designed, and does not apply to normal tear or damage related to accident, misuse, improper care, or negligence. Like any other product, our warranty does not cover damage resulting from airline mishandling. If a common carrier damages your luggage, you can immediately file a claim with them. If you need to return your Bronco Polo product, you will need to contact our customer service at service@broncopolo.com in order to obtain a return authorization. All returns must be sent to us postage or freight prepaid.
